True to true size
2nd try. Appears to have great compression once I get right fit. 5"1 160 lbs hippy big butt, tried xlarge then went down to large and still too loose on top part and the bottom part on legs, legs part does not bother me. Perhaps not meant for short people? Also hooks are on last hook for me. Thinking trying to get size down to medium and crossing my fingers. But it was easy to put on and potty hole is great size.
I would have liked a side zipper.
