COVID-19
Steps are being taken to ensure we keep things running normally for you to keep our delivery times promise and guarantees. You may experience delays due to widespread shipping restrictions and screening both for US and International orders. Not to worry, we’ll make sure you will receive tracking notifications.

Our teams are all working hard to ensure we keep giving you the service you love. Whether you have questions about a pending order or shipment, style advice, or are simply looking for someone to talk to, we're always here for you.

Our employees are currently working remotely and all non-essential travel has been cancelled, as well as IRL events and appearances since two weeks ago. We are taking all necessary precautions and closely following government guidelines for our own US warehouses and facilities.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across the U.S. along. Currently have the following shipping option available for select eligible regions:

We offer free shipping on all orders over £99 in the UK along with standard option for all orders. Currently have the following shipping option available for select eligible regions:

Standard Delivery - £9.95 | FREE on orders over £99 | FREE for all Shaperskin Membership Club members

We offer free shipping on all orders over €99 in the EU along with standard option for all orders. Currently have the following shipping option available for select eligible regions:

Standard Delivery - €9.95 | FREE on orders over €99

Currently have the following shipping option available for all other countries not mentioned above: 

Standard Delivery - €19.95

Shipping time
Standard Delivery - between 3 to 7 business days

Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

Changing shipping address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact us immediately
