Ordering

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days. Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.

To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total. The tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order. This amount may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order due to different tax rates which apply as a result of the origin and destination of the item(s) being purchased, as well as other factors.

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it. It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item. To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shaperskin purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item for a refund, we offer a simple and hassle-free return policy. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Every return garment gets checked and approved by our quality control department to make sure the return item is eligible. If the quality control team notices any missing labels, is not in the original package or any signs of usage, odors, or satins has the rights to refuse the return request. In this situation no refund will be processed and we consider the case as closed. Please keep in mind that only one return request can be initiated per order.

For non Shaperskin Membership Club members

- To initiate a return for refund request, please contact us at support@shaperskin.com with your full name, email address used during the order (if different from the contacting one), order number and address.

- If your return request is accepted, We will provide you with all the necessary information on how, where, and when to send back the item(s) you want to return.

- To send the item(s) back to us, you can use your own shipping label purchased from your preferred local courier. Please make sure to pack the item(s) carefully and include the refund case number on the shipping label or package. Bring the package to your local courier and dispatch it to the address we provide.

Once we receive your package, we will process your refund request within 14 business days. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that for each return for refund, there will be an $11 fee deducted from the initial payment to cover warehouse handling, clothes inspection, and other processing fees. This applies to all orders and returns, including rejected deliveries and return-to-sender packages. The initial shipping rates already paid for all orders not eligible with a FREE delivery are also non-refundable.

The exchange is absolutely FREE for our clients within 30 days from the delivery date, Shaperskin Membership Club members enjoy an extended exchange period of up to 60 days from the delivery date. We take care of everything, you just need to pack, print and send back to us the item you want to exchange. Please keep in mind that only one exchange request can be initiated per order.

To initiate an exchange request:

- If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Please note that you are solo responsive for all return costs including but not limited to shipping labels and custom taxes. Please also keep in mind that only one exchange request can be initiated per order.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.The customer must provide an image where the damage can be visualized on the garment. Once our quality control department check and approve the images, we will provide a return label so they can send the item back. If you have any concerns please always contact us at support@shaperskin.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping

Steps are being taken to ensure we keep things running normally for you to keep our delivery times promise and guarantees. You may experience delays due to widespread shipping restrictions and screening both for US and International orders. Not to worry, we’ll make sure you will receive tracking notifications.

Our employees are currently working remotely and all non-essential travel has been cancelled, as well as IRL events and appearances since two weeks ago. We are taking all necessary precautions and closely following government guidelines for our own US warehouses and facilities.

FAQs

Once an order is placed, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

Please contact us if you have not received your order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist. All marked as DELIVERED orders inside the currier systems we considered them as delivered. For US market, if the order is still missing please contact the USPS directly for further information. We suggest additionally to complete online the USPS help request form available here: https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/ Please use a desktop computer to submit your form. After submission your request will be forwarded to your local Post Office™ facility to help locate any missing items.

Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to support@shaperskin.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

Sizing & Fit

Waist - Without any clothes on (or with your top raised), wrap a measuring tape around your midsection. There are two ways to find your waist:

1. The fleshy part between your ribs and hips, that will be at navel-level or just above.
2. Lean to the side with your hands on your hips. Your waist is that spot on your side that folds inwards.

Hips - With your feet together, measure the widest part of your hips by wrapping a measuring tape around you. Be sure to include your butt cheeks! If the tape isn’t covering the fleshier part of them, then you’re either too high or too low.

Bust - To measure your bust, simply wrap a measuring tape around your breasts and back. Make sure the tape is wrapped straight around your body and covering your nipple area.

This measurement should be ideally done with no bra on.

All of our styles are stocked in a full and inclusive size range. Please check the provided size chart for each product.

Not all bodies were created equal and trying to standardize them is useless - size charts are just a guide to help you determine what YOUR best option is. If you’re still on the fence, go for what your hip size says. We’ve found that customers who based their purchases on hip size felt a lot more comfortable in their shapewear once it arrived.
