Fit a little bigger what it was surprising but it better bigger than to I thought. I will say order the size you think you are always just to be safe.
Wish I had ordered a smaller size.
I didn't know about stages until I gv this shapewear to the nurse and gave her an old one I had. She used my old one and after my surgery stated I will use after my follow-up. So that is now stage two where it won't be to hard to put on but tight for the needed compression going forward. I'm 5'5, 155, long torso used for thigh lift recovery size small. You will need help due to pain, but it has helped me. I alternate due to washing one and keeping compression on. I don't put my garments in the dryer so it will last, so purchase two if you can med and small. If you're my size for example. Great value. Excellent compression for surgical recovery and beyond.
